Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds. We ask that you please select your products carefully.

Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY 

We provide shipping services through USPS (United States Postal Service). Please allow 3-5 business days (not including holidays and weekends) for your goodies to ship. Once an order is received and payment is complete, you will receive a notification of shipment. 

Business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding any US holidays that fall on those days. Shipping days are Monday thru Thursday. Orders that come in Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays will not begin to process until the next business day and again, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to process. Do not count Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays or any US holidays into the number of days for order processing.

If packages are lost/stolen due to the carrier leaving your package in the mailbox NO REFUNDS will be given. Therefore, please arrange someone to retrieve your package in the event you are unable to do so.

In the rare instance that we have shipped the wrong product to you in error, we ask that you notify us within 72 hours after receiving your order. We’ll work to resolve the problem immediately—simply contact us at info@KhlovHair.com for a quick response.

CANCELLATIONS 

Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
