Shipping Information

  • All products are made to order to ensure you receive the freshest ingredients possible.
  • After payment is received, orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days, usually sooner.
  • In the event of a delay, I will promptly contact you.  
  • If packages are returned, customers are responsible for any reshipment cost so please ensure your shipping address is correct.
  • If packages are lost/stolen due to the carrier leaving your package in the mailbox NO REFUNDS will be given. Therefore, please arrange someone to retrieve your package in the event you are unable to do so.
  • Due to the nature of the products during the summer months, please make sure products are not left outside in the heat for long hours. NO REFUNDS will be given for products ruined by being left outside in the heat.
